    Biography

    Ho Kyun Cho is a partner in the firm’s Electrical/IT Group and heads up the prosecution practice for our international clients in the semiconductor, electronics, and electrical engineering fields.

    Mr. Cho is a distinguished patent practitioner who has successfully represented clients in Korea, Japan, the U.S. and Europe. Along with a European associate, Mr. Cho successfully represented a client in an EPO opposition proceeding, where he drafted all filings and participated in oral arguments for three patents, and also provided infringement and non-infringement analyses in a U.S. infringement case that was pivotal in bringing about a favorable settlement for our client.

    Mr. Cho received his J.D. and LL.M degree in Intellectual Property from Washington University School of Law and is a registered U.S. attorney-at-law. His combination of legal knowledge from his studies and practical expertise from his successful representation of clients has proven invaluable in providing the strongest patent protection for our clients.
